Renaissance Festivals aka the ren faire

So I've always heard of them happening somewhere at sometime or other.
I hear of people who have been to them.
I remember one on Reading Rainbow.
But I've always missed them.
I use to have a lovely costume collection, but since I had no place to use them I got rid them. :(
But then I just found out that there's a Renaissance Faire this weekend and next.
Huzzah
No how to talk my husband into this.... Well at least my daughter and I can go. It's a fantasy faire too. So I'm thinking Fairies!!!!!
